I am an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Embedded Systems from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with a focus on aerospace systems and the development of technologies for small satellites. I have solid experience in embedded firmware, space systems architecture, and subsystem integration for CubeSat missions, as well as experience in the development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), both rotary- and fixed-wing.
I work as a researcher in the development of embedded solutions for aerospace applications, having actively contributed to relevant projects such as FloripaSat-1 and the VCUB-1 nanosatellite. Currently, I serve as the technical lead for the Catarina Constellation project, composed of three CubeSat-class nanosatellites, and I am also involved in other space missions, such as GOLDS-UFSC and SatVHR.
My experience spans from hardware and software design to validation in real-world environments and operation of space systems. I also have a background in applied research, with publications in international journals and participation in conferences in the field of embedded systems and satellites.
I have a strong interest in satellite networks, GNSS, embedded software, telecommunications, and software-defined radio (SDR).
