Research
My research interests encompass embedded systems, critical systems, systems engineering, aerospace engineering, satellite communications, and wireless technologies, with a particular emphasis on the design and application of reliable embedded computing systems for space missions. Throughout my academic career, my work has progressively evolved from embedded computer vision systems for unmanned aerial vehicles to FPGA-based attitude determination systems and, more recently, to the conception of next-generation navigation infrastructures based on constellations of small satellites.
The following pages summarize the major research projects developed during my undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies.
